I think you mean TFRs (Temporary Flight Restrictions)? http://tfr.faa.gov/tfr/jsp/list.jsp

I used to see this happen all the time... it's funny to see F-16's trying to fly 100 kts to "keep up" with a Cessna

And if he had checked the NOTAMs wouldn't they have mentioned the TFR?

Anyway, flying inside a TFR is not a big deal if you know what you're doing. It's actually pretty cool - I had to call the Secret Service a couple of times. It kinda makes a lowly civilian guy feel somewhat important!

My transponder went out today... and I "violated" the DC ADIZ... I had to leave... it wasn't cool.
