Private Forums: how and when can I get access?

Just finished advanced, looking for access to the Orion and PNA forums. Thanks.
 
Not sure if you have to be an aviator... just a SAR swimmer (Romeo) Aircrewman... also STA-21 Pilot hopeful... would I be allowed to access the helo forums?
 
Are you actually in the syllabus? Your IPs are either a proxy or from IL. The PNA is for once you start the program.
