well pretty interesting stuff with the blue brains and all, when we solo'd the FDO looked at ours to ENSURE we had freq's, lost comm, discontinued entry stuff in it for reference if you need it,
first solo would be a hell of a time to screw up an "emergency" or an unfamiliar situation.
IP's would give us a hard time if we were always looking down, but never heard it as an unsat, but you could unsat your flight because you obviously couldnt perform without reading the procedures.
