the thing just needs to be done within 30 days before you go. I think the OSOs give the "deadlines" so that way they get all the scores in on time with nobody dragging their ass. Also, if a candidate does poorly, theres still some time to PT and get another one in. Of course, you never want to wait until the last minute to do it.
