Post PRK Vision

Asking this question for a buddy of mine who is an SNA applicant who had PRK done. He recently completed his MEPS visit a week or so ago and found his right eye to be 20\25 at near sight. Because this is a post PRK value, will this NPQ him from SNA? Are post PRK acuity values considered to be corrected acuity values? Does he still fall within the 20\40 max limit even after PRK?
