This sucks. I just had my flight physical in Pcola a few months ago and now I have to go renew my MEPS physical next month. You'ld think the Pcola physical would pretty much cover that.... instead, I have to spend another day turning and coughing and waiting around hungry for them to find out something they already know. I love the military.

BTW, If for whatever reason, you ever get a stomach virus/flu while in uniform and have little red spots in your poop, DON'T TELL ANYONE! Unless of course, you want a slippery, gloved finger tickling your colon!

Ask your recruiter the question. He may tell you that the flight physical will satisfy the meps physical. Mine did.
