Well I live in Santa Barbara and I recently came down with a series of nasty rashes caused by poison oak. I was doing PT with the local marine recruits and recruiters at the time. Anyway, we were doing a max effort run up a hill and i followed one of the guys down the wrong path. One of the local OSO's decided to just run up the side of a small ridge to the other trail. I said 'lead the way sir' and followed him up. When I was done with the PT (my first one with them by the way) and barfing I went home and showered about 5 times for fear of getting these damn rashes. Well it didnt work and a few days later I was going nuts from the itching. Thats when I found this stuff:
