are we allowed to send pm's to the webmaster? i just wanted to check to see if they allow ppl to send pm's to them.

yes, there is a delay right now for me to answer them, internet is limited where i am at, and the fact that I don't have much time to answer some of the questions in much of a timely manner. That should improve shortly.
