I have a 2 contacts who are senior enlisted Aircrew personnel (and their respective family) inbound to JAX. All respectable, good people.
Trying to help them out with anything that is currently off market that will be available in the next few months.
PM me, especially, if the listings are in Fleming Island (Thunderbolt, Paterson, or Fleming Island Ele) zoned.
Both families preference to lease from fellow military and are considering multi-year lease terms.
They have the usual toolbox of internet resources.. so are patrolling AHRN, etc. Just trying to provide another outlet.
