Phones at NSI?

Or, I guess a better question would be "Where are the working phones at NSI?" My hubby is there now, and he said that the pay phones on his floor don't work. Before I shell out for a tracphone (we don't have cell phones) are there other pay phones somewhere else on base?

I'm here right now. The working phone is all the way down the hallway where there are like 5 of them. I think two of them work out of them all. 2 of 20 not a bad percentage right? :icon_rage

If he's brave, he can hit the Chief's Club (a short walk away, very close to the Exchange), if he's even braver he can hit the O'Club (longer walk across the bridge & past NWC), better drinks but if he's not yet in NSI (khakis), probably not a great idea.

Okay, we have a friend who is up there right now & along with all the other changes, going to the O Club is out so don't send him over there hunting a phone...

Yeah, our current lack of liberty prevents us from going to the clubs or off base for another two and a half weeks.
