Good location for family life.. 10 minutes to downtown restaurants, 3 miles from Cordova Mall and surrounding businesses/restaurants. (back gate doesn't have much beyond WalMart and Target, but is def more convenient for work.. but your wife/gf will hate it, probably, as most of my cowerkers' wives did). Would consider renting to students as well, who can share the rent and pocket some BAH in the process. Also a reasonable drive to Whiting if you use I-10.
