The Millennium Ale at McGuire's is killer -- pretty potent and tasty at the same time. We thought at first that it was just a seasonal thing, but they're still serving it now.

One of my proudest moments was when I finished a whole Irish Wake by myself (hey, I'm a wee thing, with a fairly low tolerance, so it WAS an accomplishment) and actually kept it down. Granted, I have only the vaguest of memories of the rest of the night, but still...

The Raspberry Wheat is my favorite, though.

Never have tried the Christmas Ale. I have had the Stout, that was good.

So what kind of microbreweries (or would it be bathtub stills?) do they have in Meridian? ;)

Are there any other places in Floribama that brew besides McGuire's? How 'bout any halfway decent bars in the Whiting area?

Whiting is a half-dry county, so not much to see. We used to eat at Ollie's, sometimes drink there. Normally, just go to Pensacola, that's where the action is.

Micro-brews in Meridian.... hahahahhahahahhahahahha. Maybe micro-distilleries.

I hate Milton, and I hate you.

LOL

Milton is a gem compared to here. While Meridian is larger, Milton is near Pcola and Ft. Walton.
