BDCP Supply
I know this question has been asked before but i couldnt find my exact answer. Do we get a raise in BDCP just for becoming a senior (i.e. completing 90 hours or more)?

I had a print out from recruiter that showed a 10 year plan of pay. In the place for my senior year it showed e-4 pay. Is that just assuming that I got the deans list raise or referrel raise? or is it automatic?

thanks guys

E-3 until referral or two consecutive semesters on Dean's list. You get a promotion for either of those up to E-5. If you are not at E-5 when you graduate, they bump you up to that after you get the diploma.

I was told that one of the two (two semesters on the dean's list or a referral) will get you bumped up to E-4, or both will put you up to E-5, with E-5 at graduation.

So let me get this strait... I have 3 months between my graduation and my OCS date... during which time I'll be getting E-5.... do I get BAH in addition to that? Seeing as I wont be at OCS....?

You should get BAH. If you don't, I'd start asking questions? Sometimes pay get a little messed up. When it does you have to be very proactive to get it fixed.

I have some friends in the national guard who got deployed; they had leases for appts here at school, and they get BAH even though they are over-seas. If we have a lease when we go to OCS, would we get to keep our BAH?

You have to do both to make E-5, not two of the same.
The military definitely awards those with a spouse. Seems unfair, but hey, everyone can get married, right?
In 'A' school two sailors got married just for the pay and the privilaedge of being able to live out in town instead of in the barracks. They weren't even lovers or dating or anything. Just a marriage of convenience.

Vette,
To second what has already been said, make sure that you are getting BAH right now and always have been. Check for and get your back pay as well. Make sure they are paying you correctly, that is YOUR job not theirs.

Will do... except I haven't gotten a paycheck yet...I just swore in 3 weeks ago... hoping I wake up on the 15th to find an early Christmas present in my checking account.
