Does having a co-habitated Officer/Enlisted "Base Club" count as an O-club? What if it's rarely used except for "Track Select Parties"?

I don't know about that. I've seen some MIGHTY fine girls from state. Those girls know how to party too. But then you're right, USD is full of a bunch of catholic school girls. Its a tough call. My vote goes out to state though with USD being a close second. Just my .02
