Will there be more pilot slots available in the future years in OTS beacause of the new introduction of the F35A? Or will the majority of the slots go to the Academy and ROTC ?

The majority will always go to USNA and NROTC, with the # of OCS slots changing each year to make up for production shortfalls with the other two.

for many years as things have been somewhat stable it was working out that about 1/3 from USNA 1/3 to NROTC and 1/3 OCS, but if reductions happen OCS loses out.
