Question: Is this an NMCI program? If so, have you changed your MQ-8B password this hour? It's got to be 37 characters, including 15 uppercase, 12 lower case, 4 special characters, and 6 petroglyphs. Oh, and it cannot be any of your previous 124,904 passwords.
Oh, still not working? Call 1-800-NMCI-SUCKS, and they'll tell you that you have to go to Pass and Tag, spend three hours in line, get your "certificates" updated (whatever the hell that means), then call 1-800-IH8-NMCI again and have them validate your certificates, or whatever it is.
After this, you can resume aviating, navigating, and...oh yeah, prepping your uniform for the AMB.
