Trader Jon's was opened in 1953, and operated until 1998 after Trader Jon suffered a stroke in '97. Reopened in 2000, only to be closed again - this time permanently - in 2003.
thanks for the info on trader jon's, im going to have to wait for a good opportunity (alcohol) for some poking and proding.
I apologize for bringing this back up but i got an email from the old man with some information.
"I was in Pscla in 1975 , went first through " Mainside " for the Pe-flight stages , then went flying T-34 "B" at Sauffley Field" for the basic training . Then moved to " Whiting Field" in Milton for the Advanced Prop , Basic helicopters and advance helicopter training ."
