I don't remember seeing this posted anywhere but I thought this was interesting, mainly because I've never really thought about 90% of the stats in this document until I swore in. It's interesting to see the opinions of Aviators and the ups and downs for them.

After going through all of them is it really that much of a pain in the ass on sea tour? Is this something the Navy actually digests and considers changes because O-3 and above seem to not enjoy the current situation? Any hope for the aspiring newbees to see some change?

The fact that some bean counters needed 37 slides to say the same shit we've all felt at one time or another since joining the Navy is in itself, retarded.

Deployments suck, you miss your family, finances are tough, half of the LT's don't know whether to stay or go, camaraderie and espirit de corps is why we do it. Next slide.
