Officer Crest Decals

Does anyone have a good source for officer decals? Specifically, I am looking for a reflective one around 3" x 3" for a hardhat. I've banged around the internet and found a few non-reflective ones and some various ship and squadron decals but nothing like I am looking for.

What are you trying to use it for? One option is to just get some reflective tape and make an insignia. Or are you talking about the Officer crest? I'm always amazed at what our AWs and PRs can make w/ just reflective tape.
