Odd Question About Pets

I have a dog and would prefer not to have to give him up when I get selected for OCS. I know I wont be able to have him at OCS or on a ship but if assigned to shore duty I would want him around. I am trying to talk relatives or friends into watching while I am away but I was curious if there where any other options people are aware of.

I'd recommend you find a friend or relative to take your dog during OCS. You might find some other information by calling the vet at NAS Pensacola. The # is (850)452-3530. Best of luck!
