OCS vs. ROTC commission

I have heard from a few people that officers that have been commissioned through the academy or ROTC are given preference over OCS commissioned officers. Just wondering if there is any truth to that rumor? Is there preference given in flight school to location or platform of training or is it all based off your NSS? Thanks in advance for your response.

DCA "Don't give up the ship"
From what i have seen the answer is NO. Everyone in the navy is pretty much on a level playing feild. In fact the only two people who didn't get the training wing that they requested were achademy and ROTC.
