hey guys...
alright, things are winding down for us 21-02 boys. so i'm having more time to screw around. so, feel free to fire away and me or maybe some of the other guys in my class will give you straight answers.
by the way, i felt that no one really gave good info to me before i got here...if some of you old skoolers are reading this, do you think that its best to leave much of ocs a secret? if so, then i'll temper my answers, if not i'm going to give it to them straight. peace out.

Other than the events surrounding "Black Saturday" are there really any other "big secrets" at OCS? I know I have given good info to all those heading to Camp P-Cola. Is there anything you feel you needed to know that you weren't told? I doubt it.

Wait until graduation, it only gets sweeter from there on out. But frankly I think that the only thing about OCS that wasn't discussed here was the piss-color charts in the head. Look through older posts to see what I mean.

Simple...

The first rule of Black Sat, do not talk about Black Sat. The second rule of Black Sat, do not talk about Black Sat. The third rule of Black Sat, If it's your first time at Black Sat, you push. Color charts are just a reminder to hydrate, water is life. Have fun.

OCS IS the easy way!! Go to school wherever you want for as long as you want. Go to Pensacola for 1 week of hell, 10 weeks of frustration and 2 weeks of abusing the new class. Then as a bonus you'll have great stories to share for the rest of your life. What could be better than that?
Of course all this depends on whether or not you can survive "Black Saturday". If you're a girlieman and don't get pumped up you just might FAIL!!

alright...
you older guys win out. the 'secrets' of ocs will remain a mistery to you civilians until you get here. i like the post i placed on 'march 23 boys still kickin' or some crap like that. read that and you'll be fine.

just for a little update - class 21-02 just recieved the pt streamer. we sweated that one out. just two more hurdles toward honor class. duncan, jarod, and matt lowery are all doing well. there are 14 pilots out of the 21 kids in the class, crazy the personality similarities among pilots. well, to all a good day. may God bless and keep each one.

What's up 21-02. I'll be classing back up with 26-02. I'll be glad to be getting the hell out of GTX. It's looking like Mahler will be able to get out of here and class up as well. He's SIQ right now but doing well over all. Just be nice to us still in the poopies next week.

What's the class number going to be for the June 15 class? That's when I am starting OCS. Can somebody explain the class numbering system again?

The June 15 class should be 28-02. They will be having classes start up every week for a while during the summer.

pdt -

15 June here!! Actually, I'll be coming with 4 other prior guys from San Diego. Two of those guys are SEALS, so that'll be fun. They're all real cool and can't wait to have some fun in the sun!!

That's cool that you already know some people in our class. I'm still waiting for my orders, I'm going to call tomorrow and see whats up. Have you received your orders yet? How are you getting to P-cola and when will you be arriving?

pdt...
don't fly. i know they offer that service, but trust me you will be glad you drove. plus you make money on the deal. the deal is, after you graduate you will have to go all the way back to where you left your car and drive it to your new duty station ON YOUR OWN LEAVE TIME!

definately drive. well, its getting hot here in sunny florida. us 21 boys are just about out of here. we secured honour class monday and so it will be civies for us, possibly the last class to earn the priveledge of civilian cloths on leave being that there is a new commander and new rules.
peace out.
