I know there was a previous post on here about OCS finances and pay. However, it is closed, and it needs a bit of updating. The DD Form 1199 that was referred to is actually the SF 1199A (Direct Deposit Form). You'll also need a copy of your marriage certificate (if applicable), child's birth certificate (if applicable), and a copy of your lease agreement/mortgage payment documents (if applicable), if you are intending to receive BAH while at OCS. I believe that FSA (Family Seperation Allowance) does not kick in until after 30 days of seperation from your spouse. The OCS website, however, lists this seperation as your spouse must be not be residing in the Pensacola area.
