Well I have been told I need to report to RI on Nov. 30, 2008. I have been preparing for the cold and the Navy by sitting in a restaurant freezer in the nude while listening to top gun, I think I am set .I am excited to finally head up there. Any other AW's on here heading up there?

The SWO/N were talking about that on one of the first days at nuke school. Apparently it's a really fun experience, if you define fun as such activities as putting your balls in a vice grip and turning the handle tighter.

I did enjoy the part where pepper spray is considered chemical warfare, so it is illegal according to the Geneva Conventions, and therefore can only be used on other American sailors. Go figure.

The best part of this spraying was that it was to qualify us to carry it even though we don't have it issued to us for watch. Anyways, I had delusions of grandeur hoping I was the lucky 2% it doesn’t affect. It turns out that instead of being ‘tough’ I was in fact a 'puss'. “GET BACK!!!!”
