OCONUS Leave After Commissioning

Will the Navy be paying you a paycheck between commissioning in APR and reporting for school on 20 SEP?

I am expecting them to since no 1390/70 types from ROTC are expecting to commission into the Individual Ready Reserve this year. I'll be assigned to probably my NROTC unit as a coffee Ensign until September. But I've learned to not hold my breath...we'll see.
