I've seen a lot of postings with regards to rental agencies, apartments, etc. of places in Corpus. However, I don't remember reading too many recommendations. Anybody living in C.C. in an apartment that wished they were living in another complex? I know that I chose poorly here in Pensacola.

I am living in the San Marin Apartments and love it. We had one maintenance thing in the beginning and the guy was here to fix it within an hour (on a Saturday). So far I have no complaints.

I liked it there as well.... Did they ever fix the gates?

I know a lot of people lived in Arbors.... Real nice, but they hated the over priced rent

hehehe....the gates were open for the first 2 months we lived here. They recently fixed them, but I only give it a month or so before someone hits it with their car and it's broke again.

Beach club apartments out on the island are awesome. I think it was on whitecap blvd. if I'm not mistaken. Anyway they really cater to military and living on the beach is hard to beat. Check it out...

After some research, I think its going to be San Marin. Check with the property management and see if you can get a referral reward if we definitely move in there. Thanks for the feedback to all.

I lived in a house and the rental agency (Pacesetter) was awesome about letting me out of my lease. I know a ton of dudes who got screwed out of a months rent and deposit because their apartment complex (specifically arbors) would not honor the military clause (fancy wording in their lease) it sucks if you get Helos cause your gone within a week and can't give 30 days. I think we should start a feedback list with Stucon over at wing 4 so people don't get screwed out of money anymore, then maybe arbors will lighten up.

yeah, they give referral rewards. When are you moving down here?
