NRA or GOA?

The National Rifle Association or the Gun Owners of America, who do you trust the most to defend your second amendment rights?

Could you guys give reasons why? I based my decision of of how hard the NRA pushed to return weapons confiscated from Louisianans during Katrina, to their owners, I haven't read (not saying they didn't do anything) about GOA's involvement.

I've been let down by both, actually.The NRA has been apathetic on some issues that I've felt are important (the wildly slow and weak response to the Katrina seizures, for example) and wildly militant on others that I didn't think deserved it.The GOA has had some great action lately, but they've also gone very extremist in recent policies I've seen.I think they're both needed -- the NRA has the money and power to continue lobbying in Washington, and the GOA has the fire in their belly.
