I'm an intern photographer for a local bay-area paper. I found the media person for airshow network and requested a press pass to the event. She left a voicemail to say she had mailed my pass to the paper AND asked if I would like to be slotted for the tanker ride! I was jumping up and down when I got the message. The ride was a blast, there were a dozen other media peeps on the plane and we all took turn on the 2 chairs next to the boom operator. I got 2 chances to take pics of the A-10s and F-16. After the F-16 broke right I ran up to one of the right windows to get the shots of him off the wing. I later got to talk w/ the F-16 pilot, his name's dan and he flew missions in Iraq for Southern Watch. He gave me a summary of what OCS was like too.

Awesome shots! Can you make them larger at all? some of those (F-16 close up on the boom especially) are definately wallpaper worthy!
