NO Single BAH in R.I.!!!

I have a simular issue. There is an answer, but it may not be what is best. I am planning on school in Florida (ERAU...going for broke...literally! $1060 a credit hour! Hey, Ramen noodles are cheap!), and It would be at least 3 years from now if I was to return tp the area, so I am looking into renting out my "crib". I was told the market will not pick up until January, however.

If anyone is looking for a 3 br house on the pennisula..........

since this thread originally had something to do with BAH. Here's a dumb question. If two officers are married and living under the same roof, do they both rate BAH? I was just wondering.

If no kids, they both get single BAH.

With kids, one gets with dependents, other single.

So, If I am single, I know I lose BAH, but I need to have them move my stuff to RI from Norfolk, then to my school? Somehow that seems silly....
As long as everything gets to where it is supposed to, I cannot complain!

Your stuff can go into temp storage, and when you go the permanent duty station (in this case school) it will be delivered to the address of choice. If you are looking to rent or buy a house around the May timeframe I have a friend who is leaving.
