I think their retention is the same, esp since stop-loss was in effect most of last year. I've been told that the F/W bonus stays constant so they know they can count on it every year, so when the airlines do someday pickup, the zoomies know there'll be a bonus around.

We're at over 100% T/O among rotor trash, so I guess we're the suckers! We get the crumbs that fall off the man's table! The MAN, always tryin' to keep the rotorman down!

Only $25K for navy and marines.The Air Force will give you around $150K if you go the full twenty.You have the option after you original commitment of ten years is up.Thats a big difference.
