I don't think it is for a while....IIRC skipper Gretzky took over shortly before I checked in (last Feb). Maybe one of the VT-9 studs knows for sure though
 
Skipper took the reins on Dec 5th of last year... but I heard a rumor about extending the XO/CO tour to 36 months, which means either this time or next time it will be a 12/18 month split. I know Bomber was mid-Oct till Dec 5th.
 
Maybe thats the source of said rumors...

Strange deals can happen... VT7's CO Trafton did 2 XO tours since Fristachi rolled right into CO spot following Kinnane... worked out well for all concerned.
