I have it and will see if I could post it. I think it is a 2 seater from VFA-113 and it was during a training exercise in Europe. You will hear it usually during initial/refresher Crew Resource Management (CRM) training to help illustrate "Adaptability / Flexibility."
Where did you hear it was a VFA-113 crew? I originally got the clip a few years ago from a Hawaii Air Guard F-15 pilot who told me it was a USAF F-15E crew out of England.

(Yeah A4s - I know your feelings on the (lack of) credibility of HaNG guys.....)

VFA-113? Maybe not...

VFA-113 has always been a single seat squadron so highly unlikely that it is from them if even a Navy Hornet at all. I originally heard it was a F-15E operating out of Frankfurt and comms seem to confirm that it is over Europe and USAF

It was given to me the Navy CRM course down in Pcola. The title of it on their file is "VFA113pilotexperience.wav. However, they might have assumed it was VFA-113 because of their callsign "Sting."

It would make more sense, upon further review and above comments this is NOT VFA-113. I checked their webpage and they fly 12 C models.

So, who knows where this tape is from? Also, do most fighter a/c have CVR? If not, how was this recorded?

Concur. Comms are definitely USAF.
