This link can be useful as an engineer. Just looking over the web page, it seems like a review of what aerospace engineering has covered the past three semesters. However, this information is much more detailed than what the ASTB covers. The ASTB ask very basic theory questions such as: lift is due to a pressure difference between the top and bottom of the wing. There are very few technical theories covered on the test. The only part of the website useful for the ASTB might be the instrument section.
