The bottom 4.9% can only select Firescouts. To select Global Hawks you need to be in the bottom 5-10%. And there is no particular cutoff for the Predator but those guys have to memorize way more minutia...

Due to the current glut of SNAs, advanced Tailhook and Multi Engine students will have the opportunity to access directly into reserve Reaper units for their first fleet tour.
