Needed: House in Jax to rent - 6 months

I'm reporting to Jax sometime at the beginning of April and my wife and dogs and I need a place to stay. Our priorities are:

- close to base
- decent size (1600+ sq.ft.)
- allow dogs (2 now, might have a 3rd)
- 6 month lease, as we intend to buy a house if we stay

Still looking... the wife's in Jax right now. I think our max rent price is around $1200, but we might be able to do something more.

There is a house in my area for rent but the sqft is like 1300.......
