Near Vision

I just realized that I tested 20/25 uncorrected in one eye and 20/20 uncorrected in the other for near vision at MEPS. For distant vision, I was within limits. Will I be getting a NPQ from N3M now for SNA?

20/40 for BOTH distant and near uncorrected.
