Navy OCS website?

Is anyone having difficulty getting onto the Navy OCS "By candidates, for candidates" web page? I have tried from two different computers and both come up saying that the forums are unavailable. I have tried refreshing the page, coming to it from different links, etc. I just want to know if I am doing something wrong, or the page is working improperly. Thanks.

I haven't had any problems today but I have had this problem in the past (not often though).

corrupt cookies. IF you go to tools, options, delete cookies it will clear out your browser settings (you will have to re-login to all the sites that remember them for you). This happened to me when I changed my login name on the OCS site.
