Navy F-35 vs Marine F-35 paint scheme

Does anybody know why Navy F-35 squadrons doesn’t do color CAG birds on their F-35s like the Marines? For some reason I’ve noticed that there’s none on the Navy side but almost every Marine squadron has a colored bird. Also, why do they put the pilot names on the landing gear door vice below the canopy rail like the Marines do?

I’m guessing it could be a corrosion thing for the boat, but I’ve seen Marine F-35C squadrons with a colored bird too.

This article may help to explain why.
Paint's not stealthy. It looks awesome. Priorities?
Nailed it.
