Navy CDR convicted of defrauding 9/11 fund

That's an odd thing to wish for. You'd be happier that an innocent guy got unjustly convicted than if a scammer was justly convicted?

Well... I suppose thats not exactly what I meant... I got the impression he is going to appeal the decision...
 
Maybe he's just a crooked SOB who got what he deserved. Sounds like that's the decision the jury came up with after evaluating the facts and it would be kind of presumptuous of us to conclude otherwise based on nothing more than a press release. Just sayin'.
