Seems like you can do one of two things:

1. Call Washington Mutual's manager and ask to speak to LTjg Poser ... you know, the one who's part time with WaMu and part time with Uncle. They'll put you right through to him... :)

2. Stop going to church. Isn't this where the problem was first discovered??

I was thinking about his timeline, and since the story has changed to 1996 HS grad to 2000 BS, it might be possible if he was a NAVCAD. That would mean he would have been commissioned when he got his wings. I was a NAVCAD in 89-90, but I thought the program was shut down. I ran into some in 95ish. Anybody know more?

It still sounds like BS, and there are several other problems with his story, as already pointed out (navy FAC, 2000 hrs, etc).

Maybe he was in the fantasy squadron of that ass-clown of VF-103 website.

Honestly, that guy was the very first thing that came to mind when I read this thread. Maybe they can team up and fly on the same strike package. :D

Posers are a pathetic breed of which there seems to be no shortage. I've met all kinds of guys who were CIA,SEALS, Force Recon, Rangers, Green Berets, etc. No cooks though, that cook school must be one tough mother.

Ever notice how you never meet a cook or a truck driver that was in 'Nam? They were all special forces CIA operatives working behind the lines. The real vets don't talk about it. Like A4s said before in another thread.

Contact these good folks: www.pownetwork.org . They specialize in exposing imposters and have contacts every where.

Several months ago we had these guys come through town: Imposter story A guy I was working with at the time is the commander of the local VFW & told me about these guys coming to the VFW lodge asking for help. Their story sounded fishy so I contacted the POW Network. They did some research & found out that one of the guys was full of bull. The 2 of them beat feet pretty quickly.

Oh my gosh!! I was reading that story and was thinking "hmm... those places are all towns near my house." Then I looked at the source! Those are the towns near my house. The Butler Airport is 3 miles from my house. How is it that I never heard about this?? How weird. People are so weird.

Hey just ask him to describe the CV-1 approach to you, or whats the difference between flying needles or bullseye.

As the above post says, just ask him sorts of not only technical questions, but also things about bases he has been at, SOR, commanders, etc. etc. He'll slip up.

This a*smunchcer is just like all those freaks that drive the Crown Vics and modify them. I used to visit a law enforcement forum, and all the real cops would have the posts with some random guy who has his CV with lights and radios, etc. One guy even had his laptop in the front seat. For what, who knows.

Ask him how he likes his new house...I mean Mom's basement. Mmmm mmm...cozy!

Or ... do you think .... *gasp*.... "Chunkylover53" could in reality be "our guy" ... ??? :)

You know ... trying to flesh out his "resume" ... ???

Sorry --- did I just go crazy for a moment ...?? Did I say "reality" ???

....or ask to see his logbook for a school research project. Better yet, ask him to speak in uniform or flight gear and invite NCIS to be there.

Exactly, invite him for a joint school project. Joint being NCIS and him. I bet by the end of the day they would be leaving together :D

Throw some junk his way.. Needles/Bullseye.. Case I/II/III.. MOVLAS.. If he ever flew around the boat ask him some boat stuff... And if he ever flew around the boat he will know that! Also 2000 hours why is he selling insurance or whatever.. And if he is current why has he not gone to the show (airlines)? :)
