The Navy has not had a firearms related accident in the year and a half I have been running Casualty Operations.

Suicides? Plenty. It's pretty silly (and sounds like a hidden agenda) to mention suicides in this policy. They may as well make you store any extra rope at the hobby shop with as many people we have hang themselves.

If people want to kill themselves, they are going to find a way.
