Been there, done that.
Flight student's paradise! We have room for 2 more roommates. Everybody is at different places in primary training so there is always someone to study with; or chill-out by the pool with a beer. Also see the ads on www.easyroommate.com and www.roommates.com .

The monthly rent is ~$450, well below the BAH! It leaves a lot of cash left-over for fun, or whatever else.

Are Steve and Brett implying that you can use a Prowler to keep the area's pools clean?
 
Hey, it was crystal clear when I took the picture (see other pool picture). That "murky" shot is a result of reflection from all the natural greenery near the pool. Actually, it is currently professionally maintained. The place is beautiful, maybe because it isn't in a concrete jungle.

Uh, you forgot to mention it is in Sinton... I'm pretty sure I know a couple people who live/d there, they said they liked the place when i talked to them about it.
