I am looking to sublet my place while I'm on deployment. It will be from mid-May through November. I'm asking $700/month and you pay utilities.
It's a great place, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Located on 13th and I, 10 minute walk from downtown Anacortes and its limitless entertainment options. I'm planning on leaving all of my stuff, so I'd really only want another military person in there. I have all the dishware, appliances, anything you could possibly need to cook/entertain. Lazyboy couch, chairs, 42" TV in the living room, 32" in one of the bedrooms. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 queen beds.
Also it has a large gas hot tub that works great. I'll leave chemicals if you want to keep it up. It has a carport as well as a large garage which is currently set up as a bar/party room. With a pool/beer pong table, lots of beer signs, etc. I'm leaving my gas grill, lawnmower, pretty much everything so it is ready to move in. I've got DIRECTV and wireless internet set up, I can leave that service going if you want it.
