Interstate Van Lines is a very big moving company operating worldwide and Valentine Moving is Texas based moving company. If you looking which one would be better off course Interstate Van Lines due to the fact that they are worldwide but they will be costly as well. Depends where you moving and how much space the things will take etc. My best bet would be to get quote first and see if they provide insurance or not.

Interstate did my last move from SD to Newport. Basically they have local affiliates all over that do the local work for them under the Interstate name.
The driver was an independant contractor and he will contact the local affiliate to get bodies to help load/off load the truck.
I can not speak for Valentine Moving, but my expirience with Interstate for my last move was positive and that is because I got a driver who seemed to care about doing a good job.
