Milton Area Rentals

I just found out today I'm headed for TW5, anyone have a really good or horrible renting experience in the Milton area? Any gouge on places I should avoid or should look into is appreciated.

Edit:
Info on places in P'Cola that are in the north end of town (I-10 bridge area) would work as well. That would still cut my drive almost in half from where I currrently am.

Hey man I have a place about 10 minutes from whitting. My roommate just selected jets so hes out next week. I need some one to share the rent with so if you are interested let me know. Its a two story 3 bed 2.5 bath, 2 car garage house with a fenced in back yard. Its in a fairly nice area and the house is pretty new. $1125 a month, (562.5 per person or 375 with if we got a 3rd person) plus utilities. Its located off hamilton bridge about 10 minutes from base. Might try NE Pensacola. Still keeps you close to Milton during the week and PCola for weekends (and nights).
