The trail that goes off to the right in the pic posted above is a tracked vehicle trail. Said dude parked his car in the wrong place; As a result an AAV had to maneuver around his car. When it did, it ran over a couple other cars (also parked in no parking zones). There is a bit more to the story, but you get the idea.
