There's two options: 1. Start contacting the realtors in the area and/or 2. go by the housing office just inside the front gate on the right and get their little packet. #2 worked best for my wife and I when we got into town and found our place right off the bat.

If you have a big dog your best bet is on base housing. A lot of the places we looked at accepted dogs, but none over 35 lbs. Obviously they're are exceptions, but that seemed to be the trend.
