Pentagon released a report concerning this yesterday. It said soldiers will no longer have to declare their past therapy because of the stigma attached to it. Im not sure if this applies to civilians or just enlisted service men though.
 
Probably is not going to do anything if your in aviation but it is hope. Besides I wonder how long it will take to become effective. If heard the navy takes a long time before accepting new procedures.
