When I was six months old I had a surgery on my left kidney that ended up removing about 1 third of it due to the tissue not developing. The hospital no longer has these records since its been over 20 years and ive been cleared to go to meps with a handwritten statement about the surgery. Im wondering what NAMI and OCS Docs will say about showing up with no records in hand. Applying for SNA
