I am thinking about applying to the Navy for OCS and i wanted to know if the Navy would disqualify my application based on one past psych hospitalization with no other hospitalizations for years after the one

There is no way to say for CERTAIN. Your case needs to be evaluated based on it's content and posting your personal details up about a topic like that isn't advised.
